I have a YouView box and have lost all free view channels. I

Resolved Question:

I have a YouView box and have lost all free view channels.
I have tried re-tuning but it only retunes internet channels.
The input source is from an aerial. If I plug the aerial directly
into the TV.the signal is good.
Please advise.

As the first step Brian, remove the power from the youview and wait 10 minutes.
Then power it on, try to retune and tell me if it now picks up the channels.

It worked ,thank you Richard. I had tried switching the power off

but only for a few seconds

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.
