My Jawbone UP will not sinc. It is detecting the band when

My Jawbone UP will not sinc. It is detecting the band when I plug ir into the phone but then will not complete the action

what is the model number of the jawbone up24 or Jawbone UP Wristband (Small, Onyx)

It is a Jawbone UP Wristband

I do not know the model number and do not know where to find it

was it working fine earlier or you are trying to setup for the first time

Customer:

It has not been working for a couple of days. I have had it for 2 and a half months and it has been working fine.

Michelle :

what phone are you using.

Michelle :

android or apple

have the jawbone remove the cover and connect it to the earphone hole

the apple must detect a device connected

then you open the UP app

let me know if it shows the battery charge %age

I have plugged the Jawbone into my phone when I open the UP app it says it is detecting the Jawbone and then the % remains at 0. After a few seconds it says 'sync failed'

Michelle :

Reset your Jawbone Up fitness wristband.
1. Plug the charger into the USB port of your computer or USB wall charger.
2. Hold down the button on your Jawbone Up and while holding the button plug it into the charger. It will then turn off and you will see if flash

Customer:

Okay done that

now connect the charger and let it charge for few hrs

Customer:

Okay, then what?

Michelle :

did you follow the reset steps i gave

after that try to sync
