I'm trying to install adobe creative cloud. I downloaded the exe file and the installer fails, is shows initially as installing and then stops. It did work okay yesterday but now I can't get it to install

yesterday you helped me with another issue. I did install this yesterday and it worked but then after the troubles I had yesterday this program disappred so I tried to reinstall tooday and won'y now install. I think its still seeing folders it created yesterday and could be a cause
