This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and connect.

Went into the BT hub and reset with the hub password ***** it still would not authorize access

I am in settings but there is no menu and no reset to factory settings need more information would it be inDEVICE

ok, its harder as I do not know your model, tap "Device":
At the very bottom you'll see the option, "Reset to Factory Defaults". Underneath it says, "Removes all personal data from your device."
Run it this way.

I have used all the passwords I know and all are refused this is for the BTHub3-MMS6

IT is written Wireless Key, and thats what you enter.

ok, on the BT Hub is a reset button.
You may need to use a paperclip and hold the reset button in for 10 seconds, then release.
Then restart the kindle by hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Then wait 2 minutes
Turn on the Kindle and try to connect again with the wireless Key

ok, check the password ***** windows computer is using for wireless by doing the below
Click Start and type in
wireless networks
press enter
Right click on your wireless network and select Properties
Click on Security
Click in the Box Show Characters and you will see your wireless password *****
Make sure please you are entering it exactly as it is displayed
eg: PASSword ***** ***** to passWORD
