I have had Serif PagePlus x7 installed a year and

Resolved Question:

I have had Serif PagePlus x7 installed for almost a year and have been very happy with it. Now the software just will not open and I cannot access my files. The tech department 'do not give telephone support' to x7 now that they have an upgrade out (x8) and say I have to 'ask the community' which means I may or may not ever get an answer. Meanwhile the software will not open and I cannot access my working files of which I have hundreds if not thousands.
I know this is 'normal' policy with software and if I had had it for 10 years I would say fair enough. After less than a year I think the policy stinks and have told them so. Is there any hope for me? Thank you.

I'm getting a blank page with 'downloading' - is this right? It took me to my files and I got TeamviewerQS. I clicked save and am now getting the blank page.

Sorry if I sound a bit dim - how do I do that? I clicked on save but it doesn't show in the folder. At the bottom left of screen the 'show in folder' is greyed out. The only active command is clear. I've tried the search box in the folder but it isn't coming up with anything. Sorry.
