Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!
You would need to calibrate the display to match sRGB
Are you famliar on how to calibrate displays?
I purchased a Samsung S19D300 monitor and my local supplier outside the UK does not know how to match it to sRGB. How do I do this or is it already matched? When it arrived, it had severe problems with over sharpening and contrast which I adjusted.
It is already matched.
But to get the optimal look from the display you would have to calibrate it correctly.
Which it seems like you have done some adjustments already with sharpness/contrast.
How do I correct the adjustments that I made after receiving the monitor?
Here is a good guide to follow: http://www.imaging-resource.com/ARTS/MONCAL/CALIBRATE.HTM
There is also calibration software that can assist you.
Thanks. I shall try them. I have paid for this reply but is the initial question free and how do I reclaim?
