Could you please explain the problem little more ?

Customer: When I switch on computer all I get ishew

Customer: Ignore that last question, pressed wrong key.when I switch on computer I get Packard bell screen,then it goes to,default boot devise missing or boot failed, then select boot manager, I press ok, I get boot option menu,but cant go from there

multiple times just after reboot
