Hi Shirley. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Can you click Start and in the search area type: network and sharing center and open the search result at the top. When the page opens, under View Your Active Networks, is it showing Home, Work or Public?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I am sorry where do I find 'start'

Expert:  Byron replied 2 years ago.
I'm sorry. I'm showing you as using Windows 7. In the lower left corner click the round Microsoft logo.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have opened it

Expert:  Byron replied 2 years ago.
Thanks. Under View Your Active Networks, is it showing Home, Work or Public network?

Thanks. That's what you want to see. Is your issue that you are unable to get the computer connected wirelessly?

Thank you.
Would you like me to connect to your PC so I can look at this directly?
If not we can continue here but at a much slower pace.
If so,
Go to the address below to start the connection download.
-
http://tinyurl.com/RapidSupport
-
Wait for the download to begin.
(may take several moments depending on connection speed)
-
Click Run/Open when prompted.
-
When the program has loaded, a window will open giving you a 9 digit ID and a 4 or 6 digit password.
Please post those numbers in a Reply below using the same spacing.
I need them so I can connect to you.
-
You can then minimize the TeamViewer window (please do not close it).

Hi Shirley. If you're having trouble with the Teamviewer download maybe we can continue here. Can you tell me the exact wording of the message you receive when trying to connect wirelessly?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Error 351

Expert:  Byron replied 2 years ago.
Thanks. That's a generic message that doesn't help me. I'm not sure if the Teamviewer file was downloaded. If it was it will probably be located in your Downloads folder. To check, click the Microsoft logo in the lower left corner and in the search are type: downloads and open the Downloads folder search result to the top.
When the folder opens look for a file called: TeamviewerQS_en.exe.
If you do find the file, right-click on it and select Open.
After it loads it will give you Your ID and Password.

I have the ID and password

Expert:  Byron replied 2 years ago.

Can you please post them below in a reply using the same spacing you see on your screen?
