Desperate lady calling. Since 2013 my broad band provider

Hello Desperate lady calling. Since 2013 my broad band provider is Sky, however I still retained my talktalk as part of my e-mail address and my e-mail page is still provided by talktalk. just recently talk talk came up as my home page asking for password ***** but as I do not have an account with talktalk any longer it does'nt recognise me therefore denying access to my e-mail despite best efforts. Have spoken to Sky who referred me back to talk talk. Have been on various talk talk help pages but access denied also says does'nt recognise e-mail address. I know talk talk do not keep past records of customers so it is difficult.
Am very frustrated and confused. you are my last hope!

Follow the process and reset your password *****
Once done, you can then use this new password ***** sign into your account.

clicked on link talktalk page - message - accounts not available for use from tonight 8.00pm till 7.00am tuesday 21st ??? would this be a problem

clicked on ACCOUNT clicked can't remember e-mail address( because it did not accept the one I am using) Which I have ALWAYS used.

Message reads if you have left talk talk you will not be able to manage your e-mail details after 12 months of cancelling contract?

I Have not had any problems with accessing my e-mails for the last 2 yrs untill now. Can't understand it!

Technically if you close your Talk Talk account you will loose the email address.
You got lucky that they delayed this but now they have removed it from the system Christina.
Now that its removed, you wont be able to regain access again to it unless you purchase a service from Talk Talk.
You can though make a free email account with Microsoft, and use this for emailing. You will just have to tell everyone your new email address.

But the Talk Talk account they have closed on you, you wont be able to regain access to it sorry Christina unless you purchase services with them again.
