I paid £ 46.32 through my HSBC mastercard.However I have found that this protection and care for my computer is not working. Please can you help by sorting this out for me.
About a month ago I had to change my Email address from margaretburras @talktalk.net --to *****@******.***

The iobit icon has disappeared from the top of my computer screne,so I am unable to click on it to clean up my computer

Likley it is still installed and you accidentally deleted the icon.
Click Start, type in
advanced and it should then come up in the list for you to click on and run.
