is the computer connected to the dsl modem or dsl wireless router using a lan cable.
check the back of the computer you will see a lan cable connected to the router or modem must have been disconnected or not connected.

go to google.com
type in teamviewer in the seach box and try to open the link www.teamviewer.com
download and install teamviewer and let me know the id and the password ***** minimize teamviewer window and do not x out or close it.
I will be able to connect and will do a live chat on the remote screen.

Try using chrome browser and i am with another customer on remote once i am done i will reply you back.
There is a problem with Internet explorer user chrome browser by the time.
