I have a new password ***** wish to change the kindle password ***** I keep getting "authentication failed" when I try to connect to wireless.

I'm getting a message that Teamviewer is not running. Please open the program again and give me the new password. Please Do Not close the Teamviewer window. It's ok to click the minus sign to minimize it but the program must be running in order for me to connect.

I thought your PC was connected wirelessly.
What model Kindle do you have? Fire HD, Paperwhite etc?

The first thing to try is shutting down both your router and kindle. Hold/slide the power button down for 45 seconds on the Kindle and remove the power cable from your router for two minutes. With the Kindle still off plug the power back in the the HomeHub and give it two minutes to start up. Then turn on your Kindle and once it comes up connect to the wirless using the password ***** the card that came with the HomeHub.
