my Norton back up needs fixing it has been running for 30 hours and it still is not completed the backup is this normal I have had to close it down to get help from you

A 30 hour backup is not normal. Are you backing up a lot of information? (>50 gbs)

no it hasn't been this long before it is normal back up time

I have just redone my back up and the back up square is still red and said it at risk, security. identity and tune up are all OK
