Customer Question

Why did I get a message from the Metropolitan Police freezing my screen which is now working again. Could this be a hacker asking for money?

.
Press and hold ctrl and alt on the keyboard.
While holding them down tap delete and open the task manager.

In the window that opens look for your internet program.
For example iexplorer.exe (not explorer.exe), firefox.exe, or chrome.exe.

Oe you have found it click on it so it is highlighted.
Then click on the end task button near the bottom, repeat this if there are more than one in the list.

If this did not work, please come back and let me know what happened when you tried it by clicking on reply to expert so we can continue.
If it did work, please don’t forget to leave a positive rating - it is greatly appreciated.
