yet I can from my Ipad!
All other saved internet websites work normally, could it be something to do with my settings?

Malware is tricky the best scanner is one i am using now called malwarebytes
its installed so i will leave it on for you

2. How do I make Google my default search engine as Bing is a pain in the butt?

3. A message in action centre says my anti virus is turned off, when I go to control panel and try to fix this the icon is greyed out and will not activate?

Hold Alt and V
click toolbars tick the Favourites bar it will come back

Tools /settings top right click Internet options under homepage enter

click ok /apply
