Hi, My name is***** will assist you. I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Try these steps to connect wifi please>From your tablet home screen select the 'all apps' icon
Select Settings icon
Check whether 'Wi-Fi' is on. If not, move the slider to turn it on
Look for the name of your BT Home Hub in the list of available networks. The network name (SSID) of your Hub is on a label. Don't connect to 'BT Wi-Fi' or 'BT Wi-Fi FON' when you're at home. This is BT Wi-Fi's network for when you're out and about. Select your Hub
The 'Password' is your Hub's wireless key which you'll find on the label on the back of your Hub. Enter it carefully and select
The 'Settings' menu should now show you as being connected. You'll see the wireless icon in the bottom right of the screen when you're connected
Thank you I have opened the WI-FI NETWORKS Window this shows:
BTHubWifi-with-FON as OPEN [How do I close this app?]
BTHub-9J7R not in range [This is shown twice] and
BTHub5-9J7R as Secured (WPS available) but the icon has a padlock?
Thank you for explaining the PASSWRD is the 'Wireless Key' but where is this typed on the screen?
