I have published, through Amazon, a book entitled 'inside The House Of The Dead' on Kindle. Having downloaded it, I've noticed there are are no spaces between the chapters and no Contents page. How do I correct it? Trevor Bell

You've got the wrong book up. My book is 'INSIDE the House Of The Dead: Tales of Mystery And The Supernatural'. The book was downloaded from Amazon>Kindle. The original files for the book were imported from Amazon (day before yesterday). The files should be exactly the same as for the book of the same name (on Amazon) - please make sure that they are. If not, replace them.

Try logging in to your amazon account from the link given below and then go into the downloaded ebooks and download it on your computer and save it.
Try to connect your kindle and download it from the computer this should fix the problem and if the ebook is not kindle compatible then you must have downloded the wrong format ebook.

I'm not concerned about the download to my kindle (or, rather, my wife's kindle). My concern is that people BUYING MY BOOK receive a correctly formatted book, as per the Amazon book.

PLEASE THEREFORE CHECK THAT THE FILES ON THE KINDLE BOOK ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE AMAZON BOOK. IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS, PUT ME ON TO SOMEONE WHO CAN.
