Can you tell me the make and model of the device you deleted them from and how you did the delete?

Device is a Kindle DO1100 do not know how deleted books

Ok, so if you look on your Cloud on the Kindle, do you see your books there?

ok, I dont think then you deleted them but that the firmware got corrupted.
Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and turn on the Kindle and check for your books.
