My Samsung Galaxy s5 mini phone has broken again, for the 2nd time in two weeks. The screen has lots of lines on it and I cannot open anything. I have a photo if you send me a link to upload it to. Please help!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Please follow these steps>
Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, and then reinsert the battery.
Then press and hold Volume up, Home and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.
Scroll to wipe data/factory reset by pressing the Volume down button.
Press the Power button.
Scroll to Yes -- delete all user data by pressing the Volume down button.
Press the Power button.
The phone will now wipe all contents.
Press the Power button.
The phone will now reboot to the initial setup screen.

Has not worked :-(. And tried it twice

I am very sorry, this sounds like the display/hardware has failed. Since restoring the firmware rules out it being software-related, you will need to take it to your carrier or maybe a smartphone repair center to get the display replaced. I am sorry for this, if the purchase date is still around 12 months your cell provider will replace the iPhone for you. Please let me know if I can help with any of this.
