my outgoing server is Sky and I appear to be successful in sending messages as the outbox says messages were sent
I am receiving no e-mails for 5 days now. I can get into my old e-mails.
They are asking for my password ***** I am unable to give them one.
I do not have my password ***** am unable to get a new one thro the internet
I am using outlook.
No I cannot log into my incoming e-mail account with eircom
I have tried and failed using webmail
no I am using sky as my internet provider
