I can't send any emails and my laptop says it can't connect

Resolved Question:

I can't send any emails and my laptop says it can't connect to my password. I recently received a message on my iPhone saying Google recently blocked a sign-in attempt to my Google Account (*****@******.***). Apple think this may be the problem that Google have blocked my ability to connect. Can you unlock me and get me working again?

It looks like the password ***** been resetted, and this may be due to your account being hacked.
If you click on my link, are you able to go through the process of resetting your password?

Use the option, I Forgot my password ***** follow the steps to reset the password.
Then sign into your account using this new password.
If you can, then use this new password ***** access your account.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Have reset my password. Can you check if I am connected now?

thanks Richard you have been very helpful. I am terrified of these computers! I will see how I get on in a minute - if I have any problems how can I get back to you ? Also, I am concerned I may have paid the £28 twice - can you verify?
