Hi, welcome and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I am glad to assist you today.

I am very sorry about your issues. Please try the following:
  1. Remove the battery
  2. Unplug the laptop from the power source
  3. Press and hold the power switch or button for 60 seconds then release it
  4. DO NOT insert the battery yet.
  5. Instead, plug the power adapter to the power source FIRST (important)
  6. Then plug the power DC jack of the power adapter to the laptop
  7. WITHOUT the battery, turn on the laptop

Test if it works this time.

Keep me posted.

I am very sorry about your issues. I am afraid that this is an issue with your power adapter, or worst case, your motherboard. Please plug the power adapter to the poser source. I do not know the model or nature of the power adapter, but most power adapters have some led or light to indicate that it is plugged to the power source. Now, in your case, is the power adapter showing some light or led indicating it is connected to the power source in the mains?
