Downoaded windows 10 yesterday, now every time I go to write email, Aol stops and restarts its self, and I have to try again , but same again, the same thing happened when i went from windows 8 to 8.1

As the first step as it uses the engine from internet explorer (now Edge) can you do the following please.
Please do the following in Internet Explorer
Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options
Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.
Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset
Then restart the computer and tell me please if you still have the problem.

Thanks Derek,
I want you then to do a clean reinstall please using a program called Revo Uninstaller.
You can download it (its a 30 day free trial which is enough) from here
www.revouninstaller.com
Once downloaded and installed, run it and use this to uninstall AOL. Make sure you choose during the process the advance option to remove the registry entries and the associated files with it.
Once done, restart the computer and then download and install it again from here.

Then try to use it.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you.
