Hi Ken,
I connected yesterday and was on your computer for a very long time but you did not seem to be there or you were not responding.
Anyway the issue which I left as a message for you on the computer is the windows 10 upgrade is not compatible with your sound driver.
This is an issue that has been occurring and your only option to get sound again is to reverse the Windows 10 upgrade. It will not adversely effect the computer and to do this you will do the following.
open the Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.”
You should see a “Go back to Windows 7″ or “Go back to Windows 8.1″ option. Click the Get started button to get rid of your Windows 10 install and restore your previous Windows install.
This will get sound working again.
Let me know the results please
