I moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10 about a week ago.By

I moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10 about a week ago.
By mistake, when prompted, I gave may surname and name instead od the user name I was using on Windows 7 (which was a synthesis of my surname and name). I also gave a password ***** I thought had to be different from the one I was using on Windows 7 (I only change two letters in capital letters).
As a result (I presume) I can open all Files in my "DOCUMENTS" Folder as "READ ONLY".
How can I recover my old User Name and Password (Windows 7) and use them on Windows 10?
