Hi, I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix: - Download the flash player uninstaller file at the Adobe website below:https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller , then close Firefox (close all internet windows / websites), then run the downloaded flash player uninstaller file in order to uninstall flash player , then download / reinstall flash player at the website below, and check:https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ - If needed, also do the following: in Firefox, click on the 3-bar menu at the upper right corner, then click on History, then clear recent history, then select Everything for Time range to clear, then check only the two boxes: Cache and Offline Website Date, then clear; and if needed, in Firefox, click on the 3-bar menu at the upper right corner, then click on the ? (question mark), then troubleshooting information, then refresh firefox, and confirm. Please let me know. Thank you.

Done all that. Still crashes. Can you sort this out by remote ?

Expert:  Viet - Computer Tech replied 2 years ago.
Yes, if needed, I can try remote. Can you try the Google Chrome browser instead of Firefox? Chrome is faster and more reliable than Firefox:

Please let me know. Thank you.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

The trouble with Chrome is that 1) It doesn't recognise by Aimersoft Video Converter download software and 2) It doesn't have a bookmark sidebar.
