My "FinePix Studio" programme has just stopped importin

Hi. My "FinePix Studio" programme has just stopped importing photos from my camera. Windows says it will close the programme and advise but nothing actually happens! Any advice would be welcome.

Hi. Thanks for replying. I have just installed the new Windows 10 as a free download and I wonder if this has mucked things up. When I call up the FinePix Studio programme it comes up OK with the 4 options - one being to import images from a camera (or other). When I click on this option nothing happens although when I plug in the camera there is a definite "click" as if the computer has found the camera. I would welcome your help.

Thank you. Even though MyFinePix Studio software is not listed as being compatible with windows 10, but please try the following, and see if it works: 1. Close MyFinePix Studio program.2. Click on Start (the windows logo) icon at the lower left corner, then click on Settings. Then click on System, then click on Apps & features on the left, then uninstall the MyFinePix Studio program there, if shown. 3. Then download / install the latest MyFinePix Studio program at the Fujifilm website below, and check:http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/myfinepix_studio/download.html - If needed, after plugging in the camera, then open Windows Explorer, then there, do you see the camera device or camera's drive letter there (along with the C: drive)? - If needed, please try the Picasa program for importing photos:http://picasa.google.com/ Please reply back to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
