My son put the Norton protection on my computer last Saturday. Yesterday windows phoned to say there were 43,000 problems on my machine. Is everything in order now? C.G.Beaumont (Mrs.)

Windows will NEVER call your house unless you tell them you want a call. That being said. I'd like to take a look at your computer to make sure nothing fishy has been done to it if that's ok with you.

It's OK to check the computer. I do need to know if it is going to cost, and how much. i can't take much more out of my account this week.

I wont charge you anything else for me to take a look. if you can go to the website www.teamviewer.com and select join remote session. Once the file downloads tell it to run. Send me YourID and the password ***** gives you and I will take a look at your system. If for some reason your system has been attacked, that's something I won't be able to resolve for you as it's something you will need to be offline for. At least you'll know your computer will be back to being safe.
