Yes, no problem.

Phone seemed to stop receiving any mail about 2 weeks ago and no matter what I cannot seem to re-connect

okay, thank you. Lets try uninstalling the email account and then reinstall please> on your Home screen tap the All applications tab.Scroll to and select Email.Tap Menu, then Settings.Tap on the recycle bin in the top right corner and choose the account you wish to remove.Once the box is ticked, tap Delete.When the confirmation screen appears, tap OK.Then reinstall the account with the same password ***** you use on the computer.

Screen says "Unable to set up account" - Authentiication failed

okay, that is usually caused by the password ***** matching the one on your computer. Can you log out on your computer and then log back in and make sure that the password ***** *****?
