I purchased Norton Internet Security 2015 on 11/05/2015 and this has worked well until I had to do a restore of my laptop system. Although the Norton icon remains on screen I seem to have lost the program and do not have any security.
The product key is JC4W8-4464Q-8T3GV-DP8T4-8DR68
How can I get it back please.

Where exactly do you see the icon? In the bottom right of your screen near the time?

What happens when you run the file?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

When I click on the icon nothing happens, it does not run the programme which is why I want to get it back as I currently have no protection even though I paid for a year.
