I have a Lenovo Desk Top P.C & an Epson Stylus PHOTO RX560,

I have a Lenovo Desk Top P.C & an Epson Stylus PHOTO RX560, which was working very well as a printer & scanner whilst I was on Microsoft 8.1 software. Went to M/Sft 10. Lost but regained printer. Lost Scanner. Also other problems I did not like, so went back to 8.1...Now lost printer & scanner, seemingly not recognised by P.C...had to re-introduce google,yahoo, etc. but P.C is now fine. Epson gave me a browser download , very long ending in 318517, but reply was can't connect with it. Any ideas. Replies please in idiot laymans language. As always I suspect my own incompetence.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please go to Control Panel\System and Security\System, then confirm the windows version there, and there, let me know if the System type is showing 64-bit or 32-bit.
