I have upgraded my computer to windows 10 but am now having problems with connectivity with internet via my sky sagemcom router. Someone said I needed to update drivers for wireless router? Is this correct and if so how do I do it?

Connection is dropping or becoming limited. Having to frequently refresh pages as just stops.

Hi Jason

Sorry seemed to be holding connection better to begin with but then went limited and has taken a long time to get it to reconnect. Also Chrome was not working although not sure if that was same problem or something different as initially Edge/IE seemed to be working better.

I have reconnected using cable as have stuff I have to do. I had tried reconnecting but used the cable as could not wait longer. Also can no longer connect to printer and said drivers unavailable. Am reinstalling drivers but will need to shutdown to do that. How do I reconnect to you after I have had to shutdown?

Shutdown and restarted and all working OK for last half hour. having said that did so before. Although quicker now. Will check again in the morning but you may have cracked it!
