Did you check the windows 10 compatibility for it before upgrading? You gave 2 model numbers 200 and 5500 one would be a Lexmark and the other would be a Canon.

Thank you. Your model is a prospect pro 200. Unfortunately that model however is not compatible with windows 10 so you would not be able to install it. If you want to revert windows 10 back to your previous version I can help you do that but due to it being incompatible we would not be able to install this machine on 10.
