Customer Question

Hello
I have a Packard Bell L4875 Imedia computer. If I shut this computer down, when I restart it goes into configuring windows updates for 20 minutes, then spends 3 hours with the message "Failure configuring Windows updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer"
Do you have any idea why this is happening, and what I can do to stop it?
Thank you

Can you power off the computer
Then hold the LEFT SHIFT key and with it held down, power on the computer and keep tapping F8 until you get to a menu then release the keys
Click on Troubleshoot, then Advance and click on System Restore.
Follow the onscreen steps and follow the onscreen instructions to perform a system restore from the last restore point.
Let this complete and when it has, tell me if it now starts please
