I am trying to load a game (Civivisation IV) I have played

I am trying to load a game (Civivisation IV) I have played successfully for 3 years and get a message 'Login with administrator priveleges and try again'. It dose not work. I have tried deleting and reloading the game. I have recently installed automatice windows updates.

Please try each of the following solutions until it works: Solution 1:- Right-click on the game icon, then click on Run as administrator and confirm if prompted, then check. Solution 2:Click on Start->All programs->Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt, then click on Run as administrator and confirm if prompted.Type exactly the following line (or copy and paste):sc config secdrv start=auto, then press Enter key, then type exactly the following line (or copy and paste):sc start secdrv, then press Enter key.Then close Command Prompt windowOpen the game, and check. Solution 3:- Click on Start\Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features. Then click on View installed updates on the left, then uninstall the update item KB3086255, then restart the computer and check. Solution 4:- Click Start->All programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred, and check. Solution 5:- Download / install the game Civiliation IV Patch at the website below:https://archive.org/details/Civilization_IV_Patch Please reply back to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
