Whenever I insert a DVD it does not run. There was no problem with Windows 7. The last time I contacted you I was told an upgrade was being prepared for Windows 10. However, as I said, nothing has happened.

Sorry to keep you waiting. Been away. An unsuccessful example is "Some like it hot" (19590 (MGM special edition). Would you like me to put it into the F drive?

(Some time later) It looks as if I can in fact play all DVDs. It's just that some take much longer to start than others. This may have something to do with the length of the feature. It's a bit unnerving to be told to put a DVD into the drive when there already is one. That said, if I hold on the DVD will eventually start.

I can't help feeling this is a problem with Windows 10, not my pc.
