Is this a problem that occurred after upgrading to windows 10? Or is this a new device you are trying for the first time?

Also - are both of them Seagate drives, same model, or two different models?

Would you be interested in allowing me to assist you over a remote connection? It would allow you to share your screen with me. It would be much quicker in troubleshooting the issue. There is only a small additional fee ($5 USD) for this service. If not, we can continue working towards a solution over chat...
Expert:  Dr. Bell replied 2 years ago.
Also, did Windows 10 come installed on your computer, or did you recently upgrade to it?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Remote is fine. Upgraded to Win 10

Expert:  Dr. Bell replied 2 years ago.
Ok. I will send you the offer for remote support. We will be using an application called TeamViewer.
