Why can I not print from my laptop (which previously worked

Resolved Question:

why can I not print from my laptop (which previously worked fine) to my EPSON735A33 printer. I have recently uploaded windows 10 and the printer worked initially, then it stopped and then I managed to resolve the issue. It's gone again and I have tried everything (ensuring I'm up to date with drivers etc), but I cannot get it to work. My other devices are still printing ok although, unless I pdf the documents I am sending to the printer, they are loosing their formatting but they still print. Any ideas?
