In June this year I had to call on tech support (for which I paid £30) for help in loading office 2013 as my new computer would not load it-I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now I find that although it appears to be in the programmes I am unable to access it.

I purchased it in June when I also bought a new computer-I had trouble then loading it and I had to reply on support from yours 365 Tech-I took up the offer of free software to upgrade to Windows 10 and although all the access info is there and I follow it to the letter it just says that Microsoft Office 2013 programme is not running and to close programme in order to correct the problem but nothing happens. This software is costing me a fortune which I cannot afford to keep doing.
