My laptop was working OK. Now when I switch on the internet

Customer Question

My laptop was working OK. Now when I switch on the internet access logo shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. If I press on the logo I get the message "Ethernet Limited". The network is not working, but I can get emails etc. One Drive is not working.
I have tried Refrehing without disturbing files, but get an error message. I have trir a direct connection with a USB cable to Super Hub with the same result.

Hi Richard

It appears just the same. When I pressed the internet access at first it said no connection and then reverted to Ethernet Limited.
