There is nothing under the other columns - no date, subject or e-mail address
All other accounts acting normally

I want you to do a system restore please Ros to undo any damage that has occurred.
This will not effect your files.
To do this, close all programs
Then click start and type in
system restore
press enter
Follow the onscreen steps and choose to do a system restore from before 2 days ago
Let this complete and when it has, tell me please if it is now functioning correctly.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
