When you say you do not have the correct information, what exactly are you referring to? The questionnaire you have to fill in to try to get access back to your account?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.
I will send an offer through for remote support and should you accept I will connect and see what is going on and fix the issue. Otherwise we can continue to talk like this but I will need to ask a number of other questions and try and walk you through some steps.

No the phone ending 48 is a land line and not capable of accepting texts

I presume the £27.86 is in addition to the £28 - if you are unsuccessful is this refundable

It is in addition, but no there is no guarantee of it being successful, only that you then have done everything possible as I would ensure this.

Have filled in the request to recover the account but it says the info was not sufficient to open the account

ok, then I will not mislead you Roger, you are not going to gain access back to your account again. The issue is when they requested your mobile number you provided a home phone number and hence they cannot text a code. You also are not able to provide them the information they need in order to gain access. It is not even close enought for them to review your request
