There may be some debris stuck under those keys preventing them from pressing down fully.You can try carefully prising the keys up - be very careful so as not to damage the tiny mechanism that holds them in place.Clean out the area under each key, then press the key firmly back into place.Let me know if that works.(PS - if you need to type those letters in the meantime, you can use the on-screen keyboard, found by going to Start - Accessories, and look for the "ease of access" on-screen keyboard, depending on which version of Windows you have).

I have cleane the uner the keys ithout any success

All 3 keys remove- no ebris there I cannot give any more info than I have given in previous contacts

If cleaning under the keys did not help, then the keyboard has an internal fault and will require a repair.
