I was asked for my email address and password ***** not take the password ***** requested new one I had paid for your help when I went back to your site was asked for more payment so have now paid twice for help not getting answer to my question. I keep getting critical error notice coming up on my screen this has been happening since down loading windows 10 please would you return me to windows 7. Would appreciate refund of my payment
