That is where the trouble is I asked for it on a BT Home Hub and it flashed on to another connection and there is no way you can delete or go back,

You can. First hold down the power button to shut off the laptop.Turn the laptop on and while the Acer logo is still onscreenwhile holding down the Alt key press the F10 for 1 - 2 seconds and release both.
