If you can call the previous owner and get the password ***** will help because the previous owner username and password ***** ***** administrator account and cannot be login in to your account without the admin password.

you have to buy one from any computer store. If you can tell me the make and model number of the computer i can suggest you if it can run in windows 7 then you can prefer windows 7.

its a core 2 duo with 4gb ram and 250 gb hard drive good computer and windows 7 will be the best option for you to select.
