Yes and we changed the password ***** a reply off Outlook saying welcome back but still no emails coming through on phone computer or iPad .

OK delete the accounts on the two devices and then add it back but make sure you use the Outlook app: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-com/mobile/ What app are you using on the computer to get your outlook email?

OK so we know the account is ok...are you using Outlook app on the iPad? Do you have Outlook on the Mac?

We have turned off the iPad and put it back on and it is now working. We think it is Google on Mac

Google is a search engine not an email app. Open the Mail app and add the account there...

Open Mail go to Mail / Add Account scroll down to Add Other Account then put in your info

Ok done that nothing has come through here do we need to turn the Mac off?
