I just bought a new HP pavillion today and when I switched

I just bought a new HP pavillion today and when I switched it on tonight it told me my pc did not start correctly. It keeps going back to same message no matter what I do.

It is a HP pavillion 15,bought it new today. When I brought it home it was working fine then tonight when I turned iton it asked me for previous passwords, it refused all of mine so I hit the reset option and it has been trying to restart since

We can try this a little differently. Click Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Automatic Repair

the options are system restore, system image recovery, start up repair, command prompt & UEFI Firmware settings

I understand. I know new computers no longer come with rescue disks. Since the built in recovery optionsare not working the only option now is to return the machine and exchange it. It's rare that things like this happenbut occasionally a not so perfect laptop leaves the factory.Please let me know if you have more questions and if you could take a moment to rate the serviceusing the stars at the top of the page it would be much appreciated.
