ok, thats not an actual model number.
You need to download the cloud client and install it from your computer.
Go to my link below to get this
http://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?lang=en&fid=wdsfMyCloud
Look through the models in the list to locate your model.
Once installed, run it and you can then access your files on the cloud.

Click on Download for Free
Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

The message in teamviewer is that i should close down teamviewer before I can install. But how do I do that? Can you do this for me by remote control. I long for you to take over! Be patient with this 86 year old man!

you already have teamviewer open then, so look at the bottom of your screen as it is there and opened.

Thank you for all your help. What sort of private info is asked for? On my Outlook page I keep getting a message "unable to sync with my email address. File is locked or in use. Save or close it, wait or finish it being copied". What is this?
