i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONNECT MY NEW KiNDLE FOR HOURS WITHOUT SUCCESS
1. CANT MAKe KINDLE TYPE MY AMAZON PASSWORD ***** IT uSES CAPITALS AND NO CAPS ON KINDLE KEYBOARD
2. I have typed in my wi fi password- and it is correct to back of Virgin hub- but it is rejected each time
3 I cant tell if name of Virgin Media includes long number that follows it on back id hub.

Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. When you use the arrow key or special key on the left, does it turn up capitals?Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac? Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

I idnt see an arrow I looked for aged and didnt seen anything that might do it but I'll try nw.and that is solved

Yes my PC has Virgin wi-fi Hub and I think i'm on Windows 10 I changed on screen so I'm not sure

When you go to Wi-Fi/wireless setting on the Kindle, do you see your exact Wi-Fi/wireless network name showing there?Is the computer connected to the Virgin Wi-Fi Hub with a cable? Or is it wireless?Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

I go straight on my PC tpoks on the Kindle no special wi fi setting I just turn Kindle list of books on and the new one appears

there are cables sticking out of the hubjoining to PC I suppose its a cpmbination

Press and hold the Power on/off button on the kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on, then go to Wi-Fi/wireless menu, then let m know what you see there. Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Sorry I dont know how to find the Wireless Menu? I can still use the old Kindle to order books but it wont turn up more that 4/5 titles in its library -I dropped it which is why the new one. I have charged the new one but thats all.. I think if I check what yoou suggest Ive got the problem solved now. shall pay you now and if I cant get the new one registered tomorrow I can contact you again Lalage Green
